SMOK warranties our products against manufacturer defects for 6 months from date of purchase. Items damaged by misuse or improper care are NOT covered by our warranty policy.
If you are a Vape Shop or a certified reseller of SMOK products and have manufacturer defective SMOK products, please complete the form below to create an account for your returns.
Certified SMOK product specialists will inspect all returns to ensure proper handling of your return needs.

If you are a vape shop, please fill out the form below. We will contact you upon approval to use our online Return Portal. If you are an end user, please return the product to the shop you purchased the product from.
Your account will be in approved within 24 hours of your application being received. Once approved, you will receive an email that will give you all the login information to begin your product RMA.
Once approved, login to the SMOK RMA portal. Create a NEW RMA request. Once we approve the request, you will receive an email with a link for the RMA form that YOU MUST PRINT OUT and include with your return shipment. All returns must contain the RMA form. If the form is not included, this will slow down the return process.
Please note return shipping isn't prepaid, therefore you will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost. Once approved, replacement item shipping will be paid for by SMOK.
Upon the date of delivery, processing time will take 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your replacements have been shipped out.

SMOKservicecenter.com is only for Vape Shop returns. If you are a retail customer, please return your defective SMOK brand product to where you purchased them.
