SMOK warranties our products against manufacturer defects for 6 months from date of purchase. Items damaged by misuse or improper care are NOT covered by our warranty policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Long Will It Take for My Account to Be Approved?

Your account will be in approved within 24 hours of your application being received. Once approved, you will receive an email that will give you all the login information to begin your product RMA.

How do I create an RMA?

Once approved, login to the SMOK RMA portal. Create a NEW RMA request. Once we approve the request, you will receive an email with a link for the RMA form that YOU MUST PRINT OUT and include with your return shipment. All returns must contain the RMA form. If the form is not included, this will slow down the return process.

Do I have to pay shipping?

Please note return shipping isn't prepaid, therefore you will be responsible to pay the return shipping cost. Once approved, replacement item shipping will be paid for by SMOK.

How long will the return process take?

Upon the date of delivery, processing time will take 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your replacements have been shipped out.

How do I get in contact with you in order to ask questions?

You can email us at support@SMOKservicecenter.com with any questions. You can also use your access to the SMOK Return Portal at any time to view the status of your returns.

What if I bought a SMOK product from a Vape Shop or Online Store?

SMOKservicecenter.com is only for Vape Shop returns. If you are a retail customer, please return your defective SMOK brand product to where you purchased them.
